Lyn I see in the Septic section that it would cost 10-12k to install. Is this just a general estimate for this area? Rocks are not uncommon in this area by any means, but I think it would be a good idea to call the septic company and mention that there is rocks on the property and see if that will be an issue to install septic or if an aerobic septic system will be needed and ask what the difference in cost would be if that is needed. Maybe provide them with a satellite image for the time being? One unknown thing here is how much rock is underneath the ground.
