The fireplace is equally as eye catching as it jets up the 23-foot high ceiling in the great room. Upstairs the large master suite has a sitting area, enormous walk-in closet, dual vanities and a garden tub. Included in the 2,700 sq. ft. custom home is a newly constructed 530 sq. ft. guest home and includes two additional bedrooms, bathrooms and living quarters. RECREATION UNLIMITED: This property overlooks the world famous Butte Sink which is one of the most exclusive waterfowl hunting areas in the State of California. This is an area long recognized by avid waterfowlers, and the Federal and State wildlife agencies as a critical wintering area for waterfowl as they make their way down the Pacific Flyway during their annual migration cycle. This property could also be developed into a very successful duck factory by planting the acreage into waterfowl nesting cover and constructing additional brood ponds. Incidentally this would enhance the dove, quail, wild turkey and deer population that already abundantly live in this area. According to the owner, you can get your limit of ducks trying to land in the ranch brood pond on foggy days.
