Timber investment: the tract has 100+/- acres of eight-year-old Loblolly pines that were professionally planted and have been expertly managed to maximize production. Access: the tract will have a surveyed easement from County Road 63 so legal access is not an issue. It has a good internal road system providing access to all parts of the property. There are plenty of areas to build your remote hunting camp.
