Wildlife: There are plentiful mule deer, whitetail deer, aoudad sheep, and wild hogs throughout the ranch. There is also a small herd of red deer and Texas dahl sheep. Elk are rarely seen on the ranch. The exotics on the ranch can likely be contributed to the entire north portion of the ranch being bordered by a 21,000 acre high fenced ranch.
Minerals and Wind: Seller owned minerals are being conveyed, and wind rights are as well, though there are no turbines, and no production. Very clean property.
