Directions

From the Buc-cees at Hwy 35 and 87 in Port Lavaca, take Hwy 35 south for 2 miles and take a left on FM 2433 south. Take FM 2433 for 1.5 miles until it Tees at TX 238 where you will take a right. Take 238 for 1.6 miles and continue straight on TX 316 for another 2.6 miles and take a left on Washington Avenue 2717. Take Washington Ave for 2.8 miles and then take a right on E Sunrise Ave. Take E sunrise Ave for ~0.2 miles and take a right on Quail run. About 500 ft down Quail run you will take a right on a gravel driveway, and the property starts about 300 ft down this road on your right.
