Doscientos Ranch

This 200 acre ranch has frontage on San Diego Road under 10 miles from State Highway 16, less than 30 miles north of Freer and Highway 59, and 36 miles southwest of George West and Highway 281. The ranch can be reached from Corpus Christi in about an hour and a half, and from San Antonio in about two hours.

A little over a quarter of a mile of wet-weather Cow Creek crosses the back of the property. And there is one pond on the property that collects water in the rain. Electricity is run to the old home site with one active water well and water lines that run to five troughs.

95% of the land is covered in dense and diverse native brush including Blackbrush, Mesquite, and Juniper. The South Texas Brush Country is known for producing trophy Whitetail.
