Approximately 20 acres on the east side of the tract has a good stand of hardwood with a mix of pine timber. The 80 acres on the west side of the property is a mix of open fields, natural regenerated timber and a pond. The topography is gently rolling and power and public water are available. The hunting for deer and turkey is good in this area.
