Turn West on US-34W and continue to follow US-34 W through Creston (38.32 Miles)

Turn Left (South) on Beechwood Ave / P17 and travel approx. 1.5 miles.

Turn Left (East) onto 240th Street and travel approximately 1.5 miles.

Property is on South Side of the Road (look for Tree Farm Signs)

Property continues East along South side of the road, across the bridge / Middle Platte River and stops at the fence line dividing the timber from the crop field East of river.
