Potential is what I see with this diverse hunting tract. When pulling up to this property first sights you see are big mature timber on the east side and a nice protected alfalfa field on the NW corner. I instantly thought what a great spot for a food plot, potential home, or cabin. With electricity running along the county road that makes up the north boundary, this adds to the property many possibilities. When exploring the property, you will see the new growth that is regenerating from the selective timber cruise they did 4 years ago. The new growth is coming in thick and most of it is already 10-15 feet high.
