Seasonal campers are permitted, but cannot become permanent, and all such campers shall be parked a minimum of 200 ft from the property's boundary lines.Parking of any vehicles, equipment, trailers or campers upon any right-of-way easment is prohibited.Any act that impedes, hinders or interferes with the ability of any person's legal right to utilize any right-of-way easement is prohibited, including without limitation the installation, construction or maintenance of any gate or obstruction upon any right-of-way.Compliance with, and adherence to, all burn bans and/or burn restrictions issued by any governmental entity with respect to the property is required.All activities upon the property shall be in strict conformance with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding hunting.Subdivision of the above-described real estate, and/or the re-subdivision of any portion thereof, into a tract containing less than forty (40) acres without the consent and approval of Grantor shall be prohibited.
