PRICE REDUCED!! This property was loaded with deer sign and other wildlife. The north 40  was full of deer sign!! There are ag fields to the north of the property and on this property a perfect blend of thick bedding cover, mature timber and young growth timber. This is an ideal situation to sneak to the stand on opening morning while the deer are still in the fields and catch them coming back to bed. The southern half of this property is also a great mix of grassy/brushy areas mixed with spruce, aspen and ash. I also saw plenty of deer sign on the southern portion of this property.
