Deer, Turkey And Duck Touching The Upper Ouachita NWR

This very diverse tract has gated and deeded access with private access into the Upper Ouachita NWR. The pine timber on this tract has a timber contract on it and is going to be clear-cut. The hardwood timber cut can be negotiated. That will leave you with multiple options to create food plots and build your own recreational property to your liking. It could be replanted or you can let it naturally regenerate on its own. The Ouachita River, when high, will back up into some of this property creating some serious duck action. There is plenty of deer habitat on the property now with good deer signs. I saw a group of longbeards when I was touring the place. The property touches the Upper Ouachita Refuge in several places and allows private access to hundreds of additional public ground. The access is deeded and comes from Bibby road.
