The main building is a steel framed shop that has a combination of living and storage space. Water

The main pond is around 5 acres and is a fantastic fishing pond! It has bluegill and largemouth bass and has a fishing peir off the dam. Eight shallow water duck impoundments spread across the bottoms to make great habitat for waterfowl and additional water sources to other wildlife.
