WATER: You will find a very well watered ranch with 2 wells on Deep Well Ranch and 4 Wells on the 4 Mile ranch. They are easily maintained and pipelines that have been updated with a majority of good rubber tire tanks and plenty of good storage. LIVESTOCK OPERATION: This Ranch is actually 2 permits that have been pieced together, but can be split if all parties agree to terms. Deep well is a 349 AU and the 4 mile is a 300 AU permit.

IMPROVEMENTS: Improvements include a great set of pens at the Headquarters with traps surrounding them for easy access to wean a large amount of calves .
