Enrolled in the PLC Program, this land is suitable for grazing, haying, or farming. There are no fences on this tract. Electricity is available on the north and east sides. The Seller will convey 25% of the minerals owned to the Buyer.
This grassland is currently being leased, but the lease will be terminated prior to Closing.
