Location: The ranch is located in the red bluff canyon are of Stonewall County, 9.5 miles north of Old Glory. There is access off of CR 231. The ranch is approximately 1.5 hours north of Abilene, 2.5 hours from Lubbock, 3 hours from Ft Worth, 3.5 hours from Dallas and 3 hours from Midland. Stonewall County airport (T60) has a 4,000 ft paved runway located just outside of Aspermont, approximately 25 minutes from the ranch.
Land: A deep draw gives way to the large lake which is the focal point of the property. There are also numerous other tanks that fill in other draws to make this ranch very well-watered.
