Each house is 50x500 and were built in 2005, 2008, and two houses in 2014. The farm grows a 7lb. bird for Peco Foods, Gordo Complex. The farm has 55+/- acres which most is wooded. There is a nice home site near the county road with utilities close by. Part of this area can be heated and cooled, this includes a meat locker that has been used for deer processing. Most of the land has mature hardwoods on it. This area is known for whitetail deer hunting. Gross annual income will range from $250,000 to $275,000 on 5 flocks per year. This complex recently swapped from a 9lb bird to the 7lb bird.
