One of the highlights of this offering if the mineral conveyance. The seller will convey 10% of the minerals owned by the seller. These minerals are currently producing a monthly income that ranges from approximately $1,100 to $6,100 per month. Additionally, there is a salt water disposal well developed on this property that produces a minimum of $300 per month. The seller will retain a 50% interest in the royalty produced from this salt water disposal well for the term of the current lease.
