CRP in Lamb County, TX

This is a very nice labor of CRP with a few small trees along the east side. There is a good strand of grass and a CRP contract that expires in 2030. This would make a nice dryland farm if someone wants to break it out. There are no other improvements on the property. There appears to be an old location on the property and possibly an injection well on the southeast side.
