80 Acres more or less with 74.4 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). The annual CRP payment is $3435 and the contract expires September 30, 2022. The balance of the acres is waterways and tree field boarders. The CRP contract could be bought out and the property put back into production. The tall grass is great upland game bird habitat and whitetail deer tend to use it to bed down.
