The best way to describe this outstanding ranch is it is loaded with character and variety. The ranch fronts a paved, county road and is 20 minutes east of Lampasas and a little over an hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Dallas/ Fort Worth, and an hour from Waco.

The varied terrain has over 140 feet of elevation change and a flat top ridge bends along the northern and part of the western part of the ranch. The hill tops are some of the highest elevations in the area and have magnificent views and 360 degree panorama from multiple points.
