Surrounded by piney woods, the main lodge is a very comfortable structure with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with fireplace, bonus room, and large porches that provide sweeping views of its pristine waters and upland quail woods. A short walk from the front porch are two expansive stocked bass ponds with combined 10 + acres of surface water. Theres even an 80-foot dock thats perfect for all ages! On the eastern end of the lower pond is a fabulous skeet shooting complex for honing in your skills in preparation for the hunt. Cox Farms is a wing shooters paradise with several distinct and exciting shooting options to consider. A mixture of longleaf and loblolly pine is found throughout the farms unique rolling topography. Much of the property is managed for quail habitat with quail courses that will satisfy for an all-day hunting experience. An expansive 30 +/- acre field behind the main lodge is set up for European towered pheasant shoots. A towering 50' wood structure surrounded by 13 stations provides challenging shooting, and a fun and exciting social experience that is a unique alternative to traditional hunting. This expansive field could also serve as a large dove field. In addition to the wing shooting opportunities there are numerous deer stands, baiting areas and wildlife food plots are also found on the property.

A second gated entrance leads you into the equestrian facilities that feature a gorgeous and well-appointed farmhouse style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There's even a pool behind the home to escape the summer heat. Adjacent to the home is an expansive 70x70 barn with 5 bays that provides storage for all of your farming essentials. Surrounding the home are 6 fenced paddocks spanning 22 +/- acres with 40x30 horse stables, and a pair of matching run-ins.
