There are two portable, custom built skid-style blinds that can be located to just the right spot in each impoundment, along with cover for wading. The impoundments' water source is an 8" three phase well, capable of filling both ponds quickly and efficiently, with just a flip of a switch, and valve adjustments direct the water where it needs to go! Agri-drain systems make controlling the water levels in the impoundments a breeze! Over 12 different species of waterfowl have been harvested on the property, thanks to its siting within the Lynches River Flyway. There are three permanent elevated deer stands on site with two overlooking large tillable food plots, and an additional tillable laneway that is being hunted via a ground blind, providing opportunities for as many as 8 deer hunters at a time.
