Two miles southwest of the property is the Charles Spring on the Suwannee River. Here you will find 327 acres managed by the Suwannee River Water Management District and over a mile of river frontage on the Suwannee River. There is a boat ramp to access the Suwannee River and beautiful bluffs over looking the Suwannee.

Charles Spring has two limestone bridges, creating two pools at its head and a shallow run of about 250 feet to the Suwannee. The pools can be green, blue, or clear depending on rain and light conditions and water levels. The spring vent appears to be under one of the limestone bridges, and the vent is not readily visible. The run is very clear and flows over and through gnarled cypress roots and over rocks where the run meets the river.

At Country Springs Estates you will find five and ten acre estates. The properties are mostly cleared with a few scattered trees. The five acre estates are located on a county maintained paved road and the ten acre tracts are on a county maintained dirt road. You could have two homes on the ten acre parcels. There is no requirement or timetable to build.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS on the land. However you have to follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do build.
