North Ranch: The 1,400.24 acre Ranch was planted to the following Almond varieties; Nonpareil, Monterey, Carmel, Wood Colony, Fritz, Butte and Padre in 2006. The property has been well maintained and is conveniently located off of a main thoroughfare, Avenue 15. The Ranch is irrigated by 5 interconnected pumps and wells (see irrigation map). There are two 4-acre Solar Farm sites. At peak production the farm power grid produces 2.2 megawatts which has offset the ranch electrical use of the pumping plants. Prior to planting the entire ranch soils were deep ripped.

The 1,400.24 acre North Ranch is located at the southeast corner of Avenue 15 and Road 31 alignment. The 795.26 acre South Ranch is located at the northeast corner of Road 33 and Avenue 12 both ranches are midpoint between the CA state 99 city of Madera and CA State 41. The properties are contiguous.
