Location:
The ranch is located in Sisterdale, Texas next to Sister Creek Winery and across from
BlackBoard BBQ. It can be reached in under 15 minutes from Boerne, about 30 minutes
from San Antonio, under 20 minutes from Luckenbach, and about 30 minutes from
Fredericksburg.
Facilities:
Beginning in 2021, three large facilities were added to the property, adding to the pre-
existing 22 12 x 12 stalls, 60 round pen and eurosizer, in order to create this one-of-a-
kind equestrian center. The new facilities include a 14-stall rehab and conditioning barn with

new facilities are 14 x 14 with StableComfort mattresses to offer ultimate care and comfort
for the horses boarded within. In addition, there is a 46-stall boarding barn with an attached
135 x 225 covered arena, a 7-horse Priefert panel walker and an 80-foot round pen. Both
of the new stable barns incorporate 1 rubber pavers in the aisles offering a quiet,
peaceful barn. Finally, there is a 15-stall breeding barn with three stallion stalls which
houses all facilities a breeder needs on-site, including an AI lab. Overall, 97 horses can be
stabled indoors within the over 100,000 sq/ft of barn space.
In addition to the stables, eighteen 50 x 150 pastures with covered, closable loafing sheds
are available as well as twenty-four 30 x 30 paddocks for turnouts or staging for the arena
use. In conjunction with the pastures and paddocks is a large 200 x 225 outdoor lighted
arena. Both the outdoor and indoor arenas have more than enough space to accommodate
any horse event or activity desired. Moreover, there is ample parking for both RVs and
horse-trailers, with plenty of turn-around room. Apart from this, 8 RV hookups are in the

Housing:
There are multiple housing units including two 550 sq/ft cabins, a 377 sq/ft studio
apartment, a small ranch hand apartment, and a 1,605 sq/ft updated paddock guest house.
The 5,000 sq/ft ranch house, constructed in 1978 and updated in 2022, has 6 bedrooms
and 3 bathrooms with views of the 1 mile of Sister Creek frontage and the paddock
facilities. The ranch house, the paddock house and one of the cabins are currently used as
short-term guest lodges sleeping 14, 5 and 2 people respectively. The rustic features of the
ranch house include elegant wood accents, stone finishes and a bit of western flare.
Remarks:
An equestrian center like what is offered here is a rare find in the Texas Hill Country. This is
