It also includes the licenses to grow industrial hemp and contract as a rooting station for a hemp breeder. There is an opportunity to purchase the neighboring 6.5 acres lot as well if interested.

All long term Liabilities will be the responsibility of the sellers (Fahr Greenhouses Inc.). All vendor account payables (crop related and retail inventory items) and current utilities will be the responsibility of the Buyer. All live crop inventory will belong to the buyer. All accounts receivable will belong to the buyer. The value of the inventory of live plants at the time of the sale is open to negotiation. All financial information of Fahr Greenhouse will be available for the buyer to review if an offer is made.
