Colony Cropland and Hunting

This mostly tillable tract lies to the southeast of Colony and is just north of the Allen County line. There isn't a current lease, so you'd be able to immediately plant the 185.5 +/- acres that were farmed last year. 30 +/- acres of bedding habitat for deer in the SE corner provide a hunting bonus, or a buyer could sell that portion off later to knock a good chunk off their investment.
