Clear Creek Recreation and Timber Tract

This recreation and hunting property offers 67 secluded acres of abundant wildlife, beautiful timber, and nearly a mile of frontage on the Right Fork of Clear Creek. The creek is lined with a broad SMZ loaded with Hemlocks and large hardwood timber. There are several small stands of merchantable loblolly pine plantation approximately 25 years old that have never been thinned and are loaded with Chip N Saw sized timber. A decent internal trail system provides access to much of the property.
