This ranch is within a few miles of Dayville and offers country living at it's finest. It is very well kept and the buildings, house, corrals and arena are in good repair. The pond is great for the irrigation, but also offers fishing out your back door. Being able to keep your cows on the permit lets you irrigate and put your hay up and allows your cows to come back to green grass when they come off the permit. This ranch would be well suited for a small cow operation or training roping horses.
