The guest quarters over the barn was finished-out, 2014 (~1500 sq. ft.) with hardwood flooring, 30 polished cedar planking wainscoting with sleeping area, TV / entertainment area, sitting area, coffee/refreshment area and full bath (large shower). The outdoor kitchen were was built in 2009.

All electric, rural water, septic system. Outdoors, along with large spa, there is an outdoor shower and large ground fire pit w/stacked cross tie bench seating. Also on the property, there are fenced corrals in great condition as well.
