Approximately 170 acres have been over-seeded with Marshal Rye Grass and Clovers.  Fencing corner/pull posts/gates, water system, including concrete water points and traps/pens in place to divide into 11 pasturess for intensive grazing.

The center isle has 12' sliding double doors opening to an approximately 50'X115' paddock/yard with custom gates leading to horse corral/paddocks and pasture. The stable is lighted and has power and water. You can step out your back door into the stable, with coffee cup in hand, and enjoy your horses.

          The 30’X40’ shop, with concrete floor and 8’X40’ shed roof has exceptional lighting, 220 wiring, and air compressor. Double sliding doors in front, a sliding door under the shed, and a walk-in door. Approximately 140’X300’ steel arena is connected to the horse corral/paddocks, stable and horse pasture. A large set of covered steel working pens with sliding side panels, lighting and water, Pierson tub, alley, squeeze chute and head gate make working your livestock in any weather a breeze.
