Choctaw 80.3

This tract consist of an 80.3 acre tract that crosses Old Trace Road in in Choctaw county. 40 acres of pine trees were planted in 2012 and about 35 acres were planted in 2000. The 35 looks like it was thinned about 5 years ago and the timber that's left is probably 60 % saw timber.

Walking down the log roads on the property we saw lots of large deer tracts . Should be some great deer and turkey hunting.
