Property is very diverse for its size. Along the Creek there are Huge Pecan, Cedar Elm, Hackberry and Oak Trees along with Scattered Mesquites and a few Bull Cedars on the North side. The South side of the property has shallower soil and is primarily comprised of Smaller Oaks, Mesquite, White Brush and other types of lower brush species.

There are 3 Fields on the property that are currently planted in Hay Grazer comprising of 8 acres, 32 acres & 10 acres. These fields are excellent for cultivation, grazing as well as bird hunting.

There are two homes on the property; a Turn of the Century tile house that has been remodeled and a 1880s era stone cabin that is not in livable condition and currently being used for storage. Numerous other homesites exist on the property. Electric meters are at both locations and a Well is located at the Tile House.

Hunting is excellent with large numbers of whitetail deer being present along with feral hog, turkey, fox and other varmints.It is not uncommon to see 20+ deer during a sit. Wing shooting is fantastic in season with large flights of Mourning, White wing and Ring-necked dove being seen. Free Ranging Axis Deer are occasionally seen on the property. Large numbers of Waterfowl are seen in the winter months including Mallards, Gadwall, Widgeon, Teal and various other species.
