Chapman LaBelle Grove

Well cared for and heavily replanted, LaBelle grove provides strong upside production potential. The grove has been almost completely replanted with 40,000 trees in recent years and has access to excellent water source via the Caloosatchee River. Located in the Gerber Drainage District, the property is divided into two sections. 510 acres are contiguous and an additional 35-acre parcel is located approximately 1.5 miles to the north. The grove is primarily Valencia oranges and a strong fruit contract is in place.
