This property is in picturesque Central New Mexico. The mountain range of the Manzano Wilderness is to the west of the property. The property is 13 miles southwest of Estancia, and ten miles north of Mountainair. Both Villages have Municipal Airports, restaurants, and shops.
The property is grassland that is fenced with perimeter barbed wire fencing that is in good condition. There are some interior fences on the larger tract that are in fair to poor condition. The northwest tract has a livestock well and a water storage tank that supplies water to a tank. The northeast tract has a livestock well and a small shed. The larger tract has several small sheds and a set of gathering pens. There is a livestock well by the pens that supplies water to tanks in that area. The property is leased to a local rancher through July 14, 2021. Possession will be available after that time.
