Carroll Tract

The Carroll Tract is 136 acres located in Kershaw County SC. It is situated just a little over 3 miles east of the Town of Kershaw and 2.5 miles south of the Haile Gold Mine. It has great access with a little over 1,845 ft of paved (Neds Creek Road) frontage. The tract is on both sides of Neds Creek Road with most of the acres being on the west side. Neds creek serves as the boundary for the west and northwest of the tract giving the tract a nice water feature, privacy and a draw for all sorts of wildlife.
