Camp Creek Retreat is a great hunting recreational property loaded with deer and turkey. Property is bound on the back by Camp Creek which is a pretty good stream that flows year round. Yes, there are a few beaver in the creek that have some water backed up which provides great deer and duck habitat. There is also another drain traversing the property that would be an excellent pond site and is an excellent game corridor. Timber is mixed pine and hardwood with areas of good pine and also some huge white oaks and water oaks. Timber is opening up and growing well. There is also a fairly good road and trail system through the property and several places that would make some incredible game fields with a little work. We think this is a good recreational, hunting and timber tract that with a few little tweaks here and there could be one beautiful and incredible property.
