Primarily wooded parcel of land located just South of the St. Joseph River, and M60 between Burlington and Tekonsha. The property is fairly narrow at the road allowing a good access point to the majority of the woods towards the back of the property. There are also several potential building sites towards the front that would have minimal impact on the hunting of the woods towards the back. Timber was recently harvested which will create thick habitat to hold and grow mature whitetails, turkeys, and plenty of other game. Numerous deer and turkey were seen while walking the property. There is a small opening in the middle of the property that would make an excellent location for a food plot to help hold and grow wildlife. Take a look.
