The current use for this property is timber. However, this property would be suitable for recreation, pasture, a rural home site and as an investment property. Tract 37A consists of 3 separate timber stand. Stand 1 consists of a 1985 pine plantation approximately 18 acres. Stand 1 has been thinned twice to date. This stand was selectively marked for a third thinning, however, the marked timber was not sold. Stand 2 consists of a 1999 pine plantation that is approximately 123 acres. Stand 2 was first thinned in Nov/Dec 2017. Stand 3 consists of a stream side management zone (SMZ) and is approximately 11 acres. The remaining tract acreage (+/- 8 acres) is made up of road rights-of-way.
