Cabin on the Kiamichi

This is an unfinished cabin that can be a 5 bedroom, 2 bath family lodge on the river. At the present it is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, a working kitchen, utility room and living room. Power, water and septic are in, lateral lines need completed. A water line passes in front of the cabins driveway. A well can be dug or collection systems are successfull in the area. The upstairs needs to be finished but the plumbing for a bathroom is in.

The property is on the Kiamichi River, it is surrounded by a small ranch, its own property is in oaks, hickory and cedar with a couple of pine. It is all level, very workable for anything one would want to build.

Not but 7 miles south of Talihina, a short trip for supplies, groceries and restaurants.
