Feel free to go look at this nice lot. The easiest way to find it is to go to the Clubhouse and walk the mowed trail to the second set of electric and water connections. That is Eagles Nest 2 and if you go straight up the hill there you will find a lawn chair sitting there that marks the home site and is where you will see the nice views. This will take a pretty long driveway following basically that path or possibly directly from Stage Stop Road. This lot, like many out there, has not been officially surveyed as surrounding lands are community property. The community has done a wonderful job of carefully thinning the woods, and the road district does a great job of keeping the roads nice - and plowed in the winter. It includes portions or the Historic Red Canyon that was originally one of the main routes into the Black Hills, and also was part of the Deadwood Cheyenne Stage Line. About a half hour to either Custer or Hot Springs for hospital/clinic, county courthouse, k-12 school, grocery, restaurants, etc Being just an hour and 15 minutes from Rapid City makes this a great way to get-a-way from Rapid City far enough for the world to melt away and close enough to be able to enjoy often or even full time.
