The 2100 SF main lodge is adorned with many of the finishes you dream about when wanting to own a private lodge in the country. In between the main lodge and bunkhouse is a 540 SF underground bunker that features a lounging area, kitchen, lockable gun room, and private sleeping quarters. This bunker can sleep 14+ people. This is a great place to seek shelter from stormy weather when needed and a place to store food for long term stays. There are two additional underground weatherpod bunkers located near the main lodge and bunkhouse for additional storm shelter occupancy. Each pod can fit between 12 to 18 people.

There are two large outbuildings that can be used for large toy and equipment storage.

The 70 x 22 machine shop has a concrete floor, electricity and water hydrant. There is plenty of shelving for tool storage and special projects. There is an additional 28 x 40 outbuilding that was mainly used for animal housing and small storage.

Located just east of all of the improvements is a first-class outdoor shooting range dug into the earth that was developed to handle small, medium and large ammunition to hone in your target skills. The range targets can be setup for 35, 100, 250, 350 and 450 yards to suit your gun needs for the day. The range floor has a thick rock base for large vehicles to drive on if needed.
