The ranch supports a wide variety of wild flowers, grasses, trees and other plants which combined with its varied terrain, wildlife and outstanding scenery make it an excellent location for hiking, horseback or ATV adventures.

The ranch lies on the north side of US Hwy 180 beginning approximately six miles east of Gail with 0.45 miles of frontage between Bull Creek and Miller Road. Miller Road is an all-weather county road running along the east side of the ranch with the home and improvements located on this all-weather road 1.4 miles north of Hwy 180.

Improvements include a 3-bedroom, 2-bath 1640 sq. ft. +/- home with a fireplace and adjacent car port which is currently used by the ranch manager who has managed the ranch for many years. There is a 50x75 metal building with an attached 16x75 shed and a 50x48 metal building with an attached 10x50 shed.
