Build Site and Fishing Honey Hole

This farm near Stark, KS has income from hay and cattle grazing while providing recreational fun for the whole family. This 40 has an awesome 4 acre pond which is great for cattle and wildlife, including ducks, geese, and fishing. It is stocked with bass, crappie and catfish and generally holds waterfowl during the winter, which isn't surprising given the amount of smartweed currently at water's edge. The potential build site overlooking the water is absolutely fantastic!
