Brackman Tract

Convenient location just a few minutes from I-49 near Doddridge, and around 25 minutes from Texarkana. The tract is beautiful with very gently rolling terrain, a few drainage creeks, and very bountiful wildlife including small game, deer, turkey, and some hogs. There are county roads with utilities on the tract for excellent access. There is a small pond near the northeast corner. The timber consists of hardwood and pine, pulpwood and logs, all of natural regeneration.
