This road has been the primary access into the property for decades and has a history of being continually used. This access has never been impeded, and the adjacent landowner has been and continues to be completely cooperative about the use of this road for access and the issues involved.
Property is sold as a total sum and not on a per acre basis. Acreage estimates are deemed accurate but neither the owner nor their agents warrant acreage amounts.
