Boktuklo Valley Lot 12

Tucked between the Wildhorse Mountains and the Kiamichi Mountains sits this wide valley known as "Bigfoot" country. This property sits about 2.5 miles away from Honobia, Oklahoma, an unincorporated community known to many as home of the popular Bigfoot festival (which normally happens in September). This lot sits on the edge of Boktuklo Mountain and has been owned by various timber companies in an effort to produce quality loblolly pines. A portion of this property has been split into manageable lots and is being offered to sale.

Lot 11 is made up of roughly a 20 year old planted Loblolly pine plantation and mature upland pine and hardwood. Wildlife love the cover and habitat so hunting would be a possibility. Electric, rural water, and fiber optic and phone run along the highway. Currently there is no direct road access into the property from the highway.
