Blue Bench/20 Acres

20 acres in the Arcadia area, off the East end of Blue Bench. There is a good dirt road to the property, and power is along the county road just to the south. The property is mainly sagebrush covered with a few big hills on the property. There's a great view of the Midview Reservoir. There have been some really nice homes built in the area lately.
