This tract is located in the southern part of Gaines County. This tract contains approximately 293 acres. Of the 293 acres there is approximately 210 under pivots. According to the owners there are 8 wells. These wells reportedly produce approximately 1400 gallons per minute. This is over 6.5 gallons per minute per irrigated acre. This is some of the best water in Gaines Co. These wells are tied together via an intricate piping system that allows water to be moved to any part of the farm.
Over the past several years this tract has yielded over four bales of cotton to the acre. Improvements on this tract include 4 center pivot systems and a small shop. The center pivots are all reported to be 2014 model Valley systems. The owners indicated that all of the pivots are in good condition.
